FAQ: How long will I have access to the course for?
This is a lifetime course – once purchased, it’s yours forever!
You can revisit it at any point during your career as an ADI and Trainer.

FAQ: Can I pay via installments? What payment options are available?
Yes – we have the option for you to pay via 3 x monthly installment through us. Please note that access to the course is only granted once all installments have been paid, to protect the integrity of the course.
It’s worth knowing that if you click ‘Pay Now’ with PayPal, you can pay via PayPal Credit or Klarna (if eligible). This means PayPal Credit or Klarna pay for the course in full, and you repay PayPal Credit or Klarna via installments to them directly. This means you will receive instant access to the course if it’s paid in this way, while still having the flexibility of repaying via installments.

FAQ: Will I still have access to my pre-existing courses?
This Train the Trainer course is a completely new and separate course.
Any existing courses that you’ve purchased in the past will remain yours.

FAQ: If I purchase the Bronze or Silver tier, can I upgrade later on?
Yes! You can upgrade within 6 months of purchasing, by paying the difference between the tiers, plus an admin fee to cover the cost of the upgrade, plus sending additional Trainer workbooks and providing additional resources covered in the higher tiers.

FAQ: Can I use the material to create my own training course for my PDIs?
No – this course is designed for Trainers and isn’t aimed at PDIs. Copying, recreating or using the Go Green materials to create your own course is strictly prohibited.
However – we are looking at options for Trainers to access Go Green content to use – watch this space!

FAQ: Can I share my login details with other Trainers?
No – sharing login details and allowing others to access the course under your login is strictly prohibited. Our systems will flag up login credentials that are used to access the course elsewhere, and course access may be revoked without refund.

FAQ: Is the course refundable?
In line with Consumer Law, our Train the Trainer course is non-refundable, as it is an Instant Access Digital Download. Once you’ve activated the course, a refund is no longer applicable. If you have any concerns or questions about the course, please email us and let us help!

FAQ: Can I purchase 1:1 Virtual Training Sessions, additional PDI Record Workbooks, or Trainer Guide Workbooks, even if I’m not in the Gold tier?
Yes absolutely! Any member of Train the Trainer can purchase 1:1 Virtual Training sessions or additional Workbooks through the course. They are listed under ‘Additional Purchases’ in Module 1.

FAQ: What happens if I can’t attend or miss the bi-monthly Zoom session?
Our bi-monthly Zoom sessions will be arranged for dates & times that make it as accessible as possible. Zoom sessions will be recorded, and the most recent Zoom will be available through the ‘Zoom Sessions’ section on your course.

FAQ: Does the course content change?
Future updates are available for those in the Gold tier, however we reserve the right to add, edit, change, or remove content if required.

~ GOLD TIER FAQS ~

FAQ: How do I book and receive my free 1:1 Virtual Training sessions?
Free 1:1 Virtual Training sessions included in the Gold tier can be booked by sending us an email, where we can arrange a convenient date & time. Free 1:1 Virtual Training sessions expire within 12 months after purchasing.

FAQ: How does the Multi Trainer Access work?
You can have up to three Trainers from the same driving school under one package – yourself plus two additional Trainers. You can add additional Trainers by sending us an email with their details.
Additional Trainers must work within the same driving school as yourself.
Multi Trainer Access cannot be transferred or reassigned to different Trainers once allocated.

FAQ: What future course updates will be available?
There’s no guarantee when, or what, future updates will occur.
Go Green naturally keep up to date with changing DVSA guidelines, new training techniques and other information and future course updates will be made when required.
