TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUMMARY

By joining any Go Green course, you agree to the following key terms to help us protect both you and the quality of our training materials.

1. Course Access

• You’ll get online access to your course materials once you have either subscribed to the Monthly Subscription or paid the Lifetime Purchase.

• Your login credentials are personal to you – do not share them. Course access can and will be removed if login credentials are shared.

2. Using the Course

• Your course is for your own professional training and development only.

• You must not copy, share, record, use, or redistribute course content outside of Go Green.

• You must not share your login credentials or permit others to access your course.

• Go Green may update, edit, or improve course materials at any time to keep them accurate and current.

 

3. Payments and Refunds

• Payments can be through Monthly Subscriptions or as a Lifetime Purchase.

• Monthly Subscriptions provide access for 1 month, from the last payment date. Payments will recur each month until you cancel your subscription.

• You can cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time. Access to your course will continue for 1 month from your last payment date. You can subscribe again at any time.

• As our courses are instant access digital products, refunds are not available once access has been provided, under The Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.

• Refunds are only considered within 24 hours of payment, providing you haven’t activated, accessed, or logged into your course.

• Monthly Subscription payments cannot be used towards, or converted into, a Lifetime Purchase.

 

4. Extra Purchases

• You can purchase Go Green Workbooks, Universal PDI Workbooks, or Virtual Training separately through your online course.

 

5. Zoom Training Sessions

• Go Green PDI Course members can join our fortnightly Zoom Training Sessions.

• Each session lasts for 2 hours and covers a range of training topics.

• Training topics and Zoom access can be found through your online course.

 

6. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, content, videos, and documents are owned by Go Green.

• You have permission to use them for your own learning – not to copy, resell, or distribute.

 

7. Responsibilities

• You’re responsible for following DVSA rules and professional standards within your own training.

• Go Green provides education, guidance, and training, but we cannot guarantee qualification, registration, business success, or test outcomes.

 

8. Behaviour and Conduct

• Respectful behaviour is expected during training, on Zoom calls, and in our online communities.

• Go Green may remove access without refund if behaviour breaches our community standards or brings the brand into disrepute.

 

9. Technical Requirements

• You’ll need a stable internet connection and compatible device to access the course.

• We may occasionally perform updates or maintenance that cause brief interruptions.

 

10. Legal Bits

• Go Green isn’t responsible for indirect losses (like income or reputation) from use of the course.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

• These Terms are governed by UK law and any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
