This 3-hour mini workshop is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the importance of developing ‘self evaluation’ skills with pupils, how these can be bought into every day lessons as well as exploring when and how to bring this into your standards check or part 3 in a way that is expected to be demonstrated and recognised within the marking criteria.

The workshop will focus on expanding your questioning techniques, getting your pupils to answer and talk, introducing scaling and mindmaps and increasing your awareness of what the term ‘feedback’ really means.

Lou Walsh has been supporting and training ADI’s and PDI’s for nearly 15yrs, passing on information and advice, real-life examples and suggestions on how to make driving lessons relevant, effective and interesting – for ourselves, not just our pupils!
